Everything was perfect, peaceful location so close to downtown and Atlanta and the airport, perfect 10/10 experience. The jewel in the crown was attentive staff. The rooms were tidy and cozy and the bed was very comfy. The restaurant had hot food.

Our a double room with a large bathroom was nicely decorated. A microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge were available.

There was no parking. Hotel was filthy. Walls had holes. Bathroom had mold and the bathtub was black. The bathroom shower rack was leaning. The carpet was dirty and old. Smelled like cigrattes. Housekeeping couldn't understand what I was saying. Called the front desk to request additional towels and was told to come get it. I called the front desk to informed them the toilet was stopped up and front desk person told me they don't have maintenance on call at night and I can come to the front desk to get a plunger. I was so pissed I went to front desk and asked her to call the owner and she told me they live far and won't come but will request for them to give me a discount which didn't happen. Also, when asked about military discount I was told I couldn't get it because I booked online. They also told me I could cancel my reservation without being charged knowing that weekend all hotels we're soldout. The pool was nasty and look like it wasn't cleaned in years. The front lobby had handy men sitting on the furniture and they we're dirty. The furniture was nasty and the common area and hallway. Will never go to this motel and will not recommend to anyone.

Our 4-day stay was perfect, the hotel was nice and convenient. The location near Atlanta attractions was fantastic, and we enjoyed sightseeing. The room was a good size and had useful amenities like a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge.
